- Discover where you want to go on your health journey and what you need in order to get there
- Plant the seed of potential to feel better than you could imagine
- Gain insights on your unique path for health and vitality

- Connect with your highest potential and find out what supports your growth and journey
The workshop will be taught by Julia Schneider, a holistic health & life transformation coach. I’ve attended a couple of Julia’s “guided art” workshops and they’re really fun, and you also get amazing insights through tapping into your creative energy.
No art experience or special supplies needed. It’s participating in the creative process that works its magic!
Have a few sheets of paper to draw on, pencils, pens, pencil crayons, and/or markers. If you have watercolor or acrylic paints, the activity can also be done using paint and brushes.
Please note that every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the days and times in this calendar, but mistakes can happen. If you see anything that seems out of sorts, please let us know. Thank you.
