Learn Tu Gu Na Xin breathing techniques to clean, clear, and strengthen your Lungs. Discover how breath can help you cultivate qi, feel calmer, enhance mental clarity, and boost your energy levels.

If you take shallow breaths and would like to breathe deeper, Change Your Breath, Change Your Life will help you breathe better and breathe more naturally to recharge and fortify your body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn breathing exercises to:
- Explore the three basins of breathing to support internal organ health, and boost your energy levels
- Feel more qi and air flowing through your sinuses for greater mental clarity
- Strengthen the Lungs to help with respiratory issues, and also increase your lung capacity over time with regular practice
- Expel toxins and phlegm with a breathing and tapping exercise
- Harmonize your autonomic nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress so that you feel calmer and more grounded
- Experience deep belly breathing, and learn ways to get better at breathing deeply

This is Level 1 of a two-part program. Level 2 of Change Your Breath, Change Your Lifewill be taught in the Sole Circle in the fall to coincide with autumn being the season of the Lungs. If you live in the southern hemisphere, the Level 1 workshop syncs up with your fall season, and the next workshop will match with spring, which is also a good time to focus on breathing and strengthening the Lungs.
