LIVE: Qigong with Shaolin Monk, Master Xing

December 17, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm PST

Come join us LIVE on Thursday, December 17th at 11am Pacific Time (2pm Eastern) for this rare opportunity to learn Qigong from a Shaolin master.

Master Xing will share Qigong practices for cultivating and replenishing qi so that you can increase your energy levels and improve your health and vitality.

Please note that the class is suitable for all levels so it’s not necessary to have prior experience with Qigong. You also will not be expected to do flying kicks! Lol! 🙂 If you’re an advanced Qigong student, you’ll gain new insights into your practice as Master Xing will share his perspectives from his many years of studying and practicing Qigong with renowned Masters in Asia and Europe.

In this online workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Breathing techniques and movements to revitalize your body
  • Taoist philosophy for balance and harmony to help you release stress and feel grounded
  • Ways to become more aware of your qi, and how to use this awareness to boost your qi and improve your health and vitality

There will also be time for Q&A, and Master Xing tells me that he is looking forward to engaging in discussion with students.
