Learn Chinese Reflexology and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help balance your hormones. We’ll focus specifically on fatigue, weight maintenance, perimenopause/menopause, and other midlife symptoms. This special course will be taught live over four sessions, with recordings available in the Sole Circle.
Session 3 talks about: Sleep, Stress and Recovery:
Discover what’s disrupting your sleep, and how to calm and balance your system so you can fall asleep more easily, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. We’ll also examine ways to counterbalance the negative impact of stress.
